My clients won in multiple offers last night against nine other offers. Nine. 🤸♀️

And... 9️⃣ offers is a lot. I haven't seen really seen that year to date in the Ottawa Real Estate market, but I have seen multiple offers in many different scenarios from entry level price points to luxury price points.
It all depends because other price 💲 categories aren't getting those multiple offers. But we're winning anyways. 🙌
