My clients just got the news that they got an accepted offer on a property after hours.

What was special about this negotiation was our teamwork, that we had teamwork with my clients.

The teamwork that I had with their mortgage broker, as well as that they had with their mortgage broker and as well as the agent on the other side. She was very professional and amazing to deal with, so that we were able to negotiate a deal and put a deal together.

That was fantastic for both the buyer and the seller.

My buyers are super excited to move on to their next chapter. They already have a property, so this is their second one where they'll be able to create something new, start a family🐣 and get going with this new chapter as well as still keep her other property as a rental, which is fantastic.

What was kind of ironically funny was that when we met for buyer consultation last week, they said...

.... "Chelsea, we're not in a rush. We just want to go see properties this week, get some feelers out there and see what's going on."

I said, well, usually when my clients told me that, it gives me a sense that we might find something sooner rather than later.

And we did find a property this week. We saw it twice. And again, that communication of putting all those puzzle pieces together with the mortgage broker, buyers, the sellers, and myself, and now moving forward with the other solicitors that we to use too.
