I'm Chelsea Hamre with the Hamre Team at RE/MAX, here in Ottawa, and there are many different ways that the Hamre Team has the edge amongst our competition. 🌟

Part of this is our 8:30 morning team meeting Monday to Friday where we're discussing what's going on in live action in the Ottawa real estate market. 💼

We're dissecting the market as well as half of us at the Hamre Team just came back from RE/MAX National Convention where we got to hear from Canada's top economist Benjamin Tal, a content creator coach guru Giselle Ugarte as well as connecting with coast to coast elite agents. 🌐

That way, if somebody is thinking of moving to Ottawa, the Hamre team comes top of mind. 🏘️

And if we have clients relocating outside of Ottawa, we also have some great agents that we're able to refer to. Relocation is a big part of our business after all. So it's important for us to build these relationships as well as to have the edge again for our clients. 🤝

There's one last quarter left to the year. So let's go. It's time to really ramp it up. We're at the end of what we can call a marathon, where we're really hyping it up to make sure that if you haven't reached your home goals yet that we're able to do that for you. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
