Thanksgiving In Ottawa

Chelsea: Im thankful for helping first time homebuyers this year and helping them realize their goals. It’s not just buying a home it is a journey. Especially right now, dealing with multiple offers is a lot more difficult than it used to be.

Hearing their voice on the phone when it is accepted, giving them that hug or virtual hug.

Steve: That is an awesome feeling. The fact that we are selling how many virtually? People trusting in our team to purchase via FaceTime or on the phone, that is pretty amazing.

Karen: Having been in the business for 20 plus years, I am just thankful for all the clients. I am thankful for the team how we all have each others back. I am really happy for the clients.

Chelsea: I had a couple who were high school sweethearts or even elementary school sweethearts. They bought a house on the street they grew up on. That was a humbling feeling to be able to get that for them.

Karen: I am definitely thankful for my family, that everyone is healthy. Can’t wait for the smell of turkey. I am really thankful for that.

Steve: Thankful for the health and safety of my family and friends that’s important that we’ve been able to get through this and that everyone is doing well.

Greg: I know when you’re selling a house, you show them the dining room table, you tell them ya know, you can have up to 12-18 people here. At Christmas time you can tell them where to put the Christmas tree.

Thanksgiving this year is gonna be a little different.

Not all families are going to get to be together. But we’re still thankful that that through technology we can reach out to each other.

I wish everybody the best this Thanksgiving. And stays safe during COVID. Looking forward to getting over this.

Everyone: Happy Thanksgiving!
