Now last week, my clients were able to secure a beautiful three bedroom town home in Riverside, south.
They're thrilled. I'm ecstatic for them. We initially had our buyer consultation three weeks ago, where we were able to discuss what they were looking for, their motivation, their timeline ⏰as well as what to expect.✅
We then started the house hunting journey. We saw multiple townhomes all across Ottawa. We initially had put in an offer on this one town home, but you know, it didn't work out.
We kept looking and shortly after we found something even better ✅that they just fell in love with a we were able to secure the property for them.✅
They kept believing in the journey. They found what they were looking for ultimately.
