Snowsuit Fund Ottawa - Hamre Real Estate Team RE/MAX Affiliates

The people in Ottawa never cease to amaze me.

I am Greg Hamre from the Hamre Real Estate Team at RE/MAX Affiliates in Ottawa. We're just finishing our one-month campaign, the month of November, a campaign for The Snowsuit Fund | Le Fonds Habineige

We were overwhelmed by the participation of our clients, friends and family, and corporate sponsors.

People stepped up.

I can tell stories of people walking through our door here with brand-new snowsuits. They heard our message. They read our email.

Some people we hadn't seen in a few years, and it was really great to see them.

They'd say, "Greg, we're here to support the Snowsuit Fund in Ottawa," which there was a real need for this year.❄️

Don't forget until the end of November, the Hamre Team is supporting the Snowsuit Fund. The Ottawa Snowsuit Fund works hard to help underprivileged families who would otherwise be unable to buy a snowsuit stay warm this winter. If you are able t help the cause, we would greatly appreciate it. This is a charity that we are proud to support in the Ottawa community. Supporting local is not just about supporting businesses but also supporting charities and local organizations that can do a lot of good in the Ottawa community. 

We came through in spades, not only monetarily, but in actual snowsuits, as you can see from the one box in our office.

We'd also like to thank our corporate sponsors and partners, TLC Moving & Storage Ottawa eQ Homes Kids Kingdom Orleans OCCO Kitchen SURE Print & Graphicswho also participated and had drop-off boxes in their locations.

They supported us in being a Dropbox destination and they supported the program monetarily as well.

Way to go, Ottawa! You came through!

This is an initiative that we look forward to each year and we will bring it back every year to help this awesome local Ottawa charity.
