I was chatting with clients last night who were planning on listing their property in the New Year and we might consider bringing it sooner to the market. 📅🏠

All depends on when their new closing date will be because they are in a new build situation. 🏗️🏡

If we are looking at sooner, then we might want to list sooner. ⏳📈

If we're looking at later, then we might hold off. ⏰📉

But there's a good amount of buyers out there that are serious and that are still looking for a spring closing day, not necessarily to close before the end of the New Year. 🌼🏡

Of course, if you are looking to close before the end of the new year, there's so many options for you there as well. 🎉📦
