I'm working with some very classy friends of mine who are now my clients and they asked me to come over and list their house, and they said, "You don't have to go through your listing presentation, Greg." 🏡

"We already know all about you." 👍

And I said, "No, no, I need to show you the menu." 🍽️

Have you ever been to a restaurant where you sit down? 🍽️

And the chef just says, "I know what you'll like." 🍳

"I'll just present it to you," and that's a wonderful experience and it's compliments to the chef, and I took it as a compliment, but really wanted to take them through what we have to offer, and they were blown away. 🤩

They were like, "Greg, we always had confidence in you." 🤝

"We know you're professional, we know what you do." 💼

They just didn't know we go to the next level on everything that we have to offer when we're doing the listing. 📈

It's so important that you go through our listing presentation to understand what we're going to do to take your house to the next level to get mass exposure, the quality of our photography, and how we do it. 📸

Our video outreach is massive and then to tell the world that your house is for sale, it was an exciting moment for me. 🌍🏠
