I have a secret for you.

It has to do with why my last four out of six clients were relocating into Ottawa from outside of the province.

I'm Chelsea Hamre from the Hamre Team at RE/MAX Affiliates here in Ottawa.

Those four clients not only did they not know me before, but they never lived in Ottawa.

What was amazing was that two of them were referred from past clients of mine who trusted me, who had that confidence in me.

This happened last night, my client Juliana was relocating from Victoria and she had never lived in Ottawa.

She's been here a few times before to watch an Ottawa Senators vs Toronto Maple Leaf game offer and where she wanted to be.

We did many buyer consultations. So important. And so when she got here, we had seven listings to look at.

The first one was the best one, and we were able to negotiate an offer for her last night.

She is thrilled. She is so excited to now be able to call home and to now relax the rest of her house hunting.
