RE/MAX Activate 2023 HAMRE Vancouver

✈️It is absolutely wonderful to be back in Ottawa, just returning from Vancouver Activate 2023 with RE/MAX. 🏡 This morning, we have a team meeting. 😀It will be a two-hour team meeting where I get to share my insights, tips, and knowledge that I picked up over a four-day convention with some of RE/MAX's greatest agents from across Canada. 🌟 The three things that I really noted. I am so happy to have the opportunity to meet, have relationships with these realtors across Canada. So when I'm referring someone from coast to coast, I know who they're connected with. I know those people personally and I know that they'll deliver the quality and the level of service that my clients would expect from me. 🌐🤝 The second part of it is I really like where these agents are taking the professionalism of real estate. These are the high-achieving, very focused, motivated, and tactically savvy REALTORs that want to take the real estate experience to the next level. If you look at the 90-10 rule or the 80-20 rule, they're the upper echelon. These people get it, you can see it in the way they dress, their attitude, their attention to detail, how they perform. I've known many of these realtors for over 23 years, and it's wonderful to be associated with them. 🏘️👔🏆 But I'm also seeing a younger generation coming up behind that's being mentored by these leaders, and professionalism continues to grow, especially with the RE/MAX brand. 🌱 The last thing that really always affects me is the Children's Miracle Network program that RE/MAX puts on. 🎈The Children's Miracle Network is SickKids Hospital across Canada in Ottawa. It's CHEO, the Children's Miracle Network here, where every person in Ottawa is affected by it or will be affected by it or knows somebody who's affected by it. And the philanthropy of RE/MAX agents and realtors towards this children's hospital is absolutely outstanding. I know over the years, RE/MAX agents have contributed over $2 billion to this wonderful cause. 💖💰 To see it happen is heartbreaking, encouraging, chilling to watch. It's mesmerizing to see how many people do step up and the extra work and detail they go into raising funds. We had one of our RE/MAX personal agents, a broker from Western Canada, on stage with her daughter, who really benefited from the Children's Miracle Network. She's a teenager now, and you showed pictures of her in the hospital and stuff. It was tear-jerking, as it always is, but to see her now become the person that she is and the person that she will be was very rewarding this morning. 🏥👏 I have a two-hour meeting with my team where I will share the insights, details, and the future of real estate with the RE/MAX brand. I can't wait to meet with them this morning. It's from 10 to noon, and it's going to be exciting.
