Ottawa Real Estate Projections 2024
What if I told you the future is looking bright in the Ottawa real estate market?

It's here in Ottawa, and this morning we had our company's annual general meeting where we dove into some stats of what we're anticipating for the next few years in the Ottawa real estate market.
And the good news is by this time next year, even a bit sooner, we're looking at Q3.
We're predicting overall mortgage interest rates to be lower than they are today.
On the other hand, we also anticipate pricing to be higher than it is today by this point next year.
Now, all these factors can absolutely change. I don't have a crystal ball.
I can only make predictions based on stats that we have and our knowledge of the industry.
