Lucky number seven!
My name's Jacob Charron with the Hamre Real Estate Team RE/MAX Affiliates in Ottawa.
Not only were we able to help our fantastic clients sell their home in three days after being enlisted, but help them buy a property under asking in competing offers.
The agent, on the other end, was professional and great to work with!
But what makes this story so special is not only are we closing on the 7th day of December, but the 7th happens to be my client's anniversary.
And the 7th is his and her birthday.
Now they get to set up their Christmas tree and enjoy the holidays as a family.
Speaking of the holidays, this is the time of year we do our annual snowsuit collection. If you have kids new or slightly used Snowsuits, you can drop them off at any of our RE/MAX Affiliates locations or contact me directly and I'll come pick them up.
