The average selling price in Ottawa is creeping up and that million-dollar price point may not be as far out of reach as you may think.
My name is Karen from the Hamre Real Estate Team at RE/MAX Affiliates in Ottawa and this just happened with my buyers.
They just purchased their luxury dream home and they are over the moon
and I am thrilled for them.
Now, this is a couple who have traveled abroad their whole lives and they have decided they want to settle here in Ottawa.
We connected, we determined what they were looking for and what type of areas they were looking for and it was luxury, they wanted luxury.

masks have to be worn, showings are maximum 30 minutes, sometimes 15 minutes.You can't bring with you your parents or your kids and often there is no time to do the 2nd showing
