Flurry of Action in Ottawa's Real Estate Market

Flurry of interest going into the autumn fall time period. 🍂🏡

There are three reasons why we're seeing so many buyers jumping off the fence or jumping into the market.

Number one is the selection of inventory. We haven't had the selection of inventory going into the fourth quarter in the last five years. So beautiful product coming on the market and a wide selection of available listings. 📈🏘️

Number two is seasonality. Buyers know that they can see decks, patios, landscaping and streetscapes at this time of year before the leaves fall off the trees and the snow starts to fall. 🍁❄️

Thirdly, lots of rumors about interest rate hikes in the middle of October. A lot of buyers want to get in before that. It's a domino effect houses are selling. So the next house sells and the next house sells and it's either moving up or moving down. 🏠💰

It's a great time to be a buyer. The selection hasn't been better. You can see everything and we can get you in before the holiday season. 🎁🏡
