Fall Is Just Around The Corner What Happens Next In The Ottawa Real Estate Market?

The school buses are on the street. Fall is just around the corner.

There are many questions right now about what is happening in the Real Estate Market. It's big news. 

My name's Karen MacDonald from the ham real estate team at RE/MAX Affiliates in Ottawa.

I'm just leaving my client's place. They called me earlier in the week.

They're sellers. They're thinking about selling. Unsure, they just wanted me to come over to talk to them and sit down with them.

They put in a pool and they wanted to know if that affects their market value. How interest rates are gonna affect their market value, whether they should stay, whether they should go.

And I sat down with them and we went through numbers and kind of took the edge off for them. They were really concerned and now their mind is eased a little bit. 

And still, we haven't made a decision, whether we're going to put it on the market, but now they're more informed and just sitting down and showing on paper, not just telling ??you how things have changed for buyers and for the market.
