Cardinal Creek Village is walking to sense of future L RT and the city really wants to emphasize that live work play. 🚈💼🎉

But best of all with it being more boutique, if you will rather than big box stores, it will give it more of a community-type feel and a destination for community for people to come to. 🏪🏬🏙️

They really want you to spend your money into your neighbourhood rather than having to go somewhere else. 💰💳

Whether that be for your coffee, your groceries, maybe a quick drink after work, they really want you to enjoy what the neighborhood has to offer and I can't wait to see what they're going to develop soon. ☕🛒🍹

One last thing I want to mention is the proximity to the highway. 🚗🛣️

I mentioned the future L RT earlier, but you're two minutes to the highway which makes it so easy for your daily commute wherever you need to go, whether that be east or west plus really close to NCC trails for your skiing, walking and other activities. 🏞️⛷️🚴
