But we do need to factor in the closing period, which on average is about 60 days. Now we can close on a home in as quickly as 30 days. That is, of course, dependent on many different factors. But all this to say it is doable. We can get you into a new home before the holidays. Even just a few weeks from now, there is going to be snow on the ground. I know we don't want to hear it, but there is going to be snow on the ground. Driveways are going to be covered, backyards are going to be covered. It's going to be hard to see the roofing. So it's just going to be a lot tougher to get a clear picture of a home and the exterior of a home. And not only that, days are already getting shorter, which means there are fewer hours in the day to go view properties. So now might be a fantastic time for you to go and find your dream home and get all settled in before the holiday season so that you can host your friends and family this upcoming holiday season.
