Three mistakes buyers are making.

We're seeing an uptick in activity and it's critical at this time of year and this is the playoff season.

There's about four weeks that really, really are the top of the mountain and that would be week 15 to week 19.

It's a little more competitive out there than we've seen in the last couple of weeks.

But these are the mistakes you do not want to make.

Number one is deal with a realtor that understands communication, not just with you, but with the listing agent that they can communicate that there's interest that they can communicate that they'll be bringing an offer and that there's a positive bite.

You don't want to miss out on an offer.

Number two is deal with an agent that is connected with other REALTORs.

So you have knowledge of access to upcoming listings, more available product, more selection for you deal with an agent that can take you to the finish line.

Unfortunately, we just had a this week on a property that came in four hours after the designated offer time the offer missed out completely.

Those buyers missed out completely.

And the buyer's agent said that their clients absolutely loved it.

The REALTOR® didn't communicate, they didn't read the instructions, they couldn't take their client to the finish line and unfortunately those people missed out and it wasn't their fault, deal with a professional deal with someone that can get you to the finish line.
