The Strength of Web Site Exposure – Is it easy to find Your Listing? 


I was engaged in a very enlightening conversation at an offer presentation last evening. Three days after the listing had gone onto the market the Sellers were presented with an offer. The conversation was all about living up to the initial listing presentation and hopefully exceeding the client’s expectations. They were ecstatic with the way we had rolled out the whole listing procedure and the exposure that their home received so quickly.

Following the offer presentation, our clients brought up the topic of web site visibility. The house across the street from them had gone onto the market the day before their listing had appeared and at a lower price point. They mentioned that within 24 hours of their listing going ”live” on the market, that when they “Googled” their address, the listing was everywhere with multiple links, pictures and video. To this day they still cannot find their neighbour’s listing on any web sites. I assured them that their neighbours listing was on the MLS site and that the Hamre Team had shown it.

This high lights the fact that in today’s real estate business you need to be with a Real Estate Agent that understands Real Estate Marketing. You need an agent that has the tools, the resources and know how. You need more than just the MLS web site exposure in today’s Real Estate Business to ensure that your listing receives the highest level of exposure and opportunity for the best selling price.
