What to Expect in November 2014 - Trim Road Re-Alignment Project
Jeanne D’Arc Blvd (North Service Road) to Dairy Road, including the OR 174 intersection- contractor will complete the street light installation, placement of granular base materials, and install the concrete curbs and asphalt pavement for the new southbound lanes in this area.
Dairy Drive to St Joseph Blvd. – Contractor will continue with the placement of granular subbase material and install the concrete curbs and asphalt pavement for the new southbound lanes. Contractor will also construct the roundabout at the Dairy intersection.
St. Joseph Blvd. to Watters Road – Contractor will complete the construction of the new southbound lanes just south of St. Joseph Blvd. and will also construct the roundabout at the St. Joseph Blvd intersection.
Watters Road to Portobello – Contractor will continue to reconstruct Portobello Avenue, immediately west of the new Trim Road, and complete the reconstruction of Springridge Drive east of Trim Road.
Portobello to Innes Road – Construction of the new southbound lanes will continue from the Hydro corridor to Innes Road.
St. Joseph Blvd. (Trim to Tenth Line Road) – utility agencies will be on site to continue with the relocation of their infrastructure.
Traffic Pattern Changes – it is expected that all 4 lanes of the new Trim Road will be open for vehicular traffic between the North Service Road and the Hydro Corridor by the end of November.
