A Great Investment Opportunity
What a great time to be a property owner and investor in Ottawa. The CMHC released a report stating that the average vacancy rate in the city is 1.9%. With Orleans having the lowest rate at 0.8% vacancy rate. What makes a good investment though and as an investor what should I be looking for? The answer can be tricky but a few things to think about when deciding on a property are; how close is it to major transportation? Is it close to shops? Schools? Restaurants? Parks?
